Miami Dade County Contractor Continuing Education
Renewing your license has never been easier!
Gold Coast School of Construction makes it easy to complete the required continuing education needed to renew your license. Courses are offered in both classroom and online formats for your convenience. Miami Dade County Licensed Contractors:
Miami Dade County contractors must complete 16-hours of approved continuing education by September 30th every two years.
- Building and Building specialties licenses renew on even years. (2020, 2022, 2024, etc.)
- Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical licenses renew in odd years. (2021, 2023, 2025, etc.)
