The course is 72 classroom hours and can be taken in either a day or evening format.
- 2 week format: Runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00a-6:00p. This course is primarily designed for students from out of the area that are looking for a condensed class.
- 4 week format: Runs Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00a -6:00p. This class is designed for the working professional who cannot dedicate 2 complete weeks.
- 8 week format: Runs Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30p-11:00p. This course is designed for those who cannot come to school during normal business hours.
The Broker class is also offered in a distance learning format. Classes can be taken entirely online. Visit our Online Learning Center for more details.
All of the classes cover the same material and run for the same number of hours. Students are successful with all 3 formats.
The tuition for the class is $549 which includes all required materials along with the super exam cram weekend review. We also include a Sales Associate Course manual and “1001 Question and Answer” review materials. Many students use this book to refresh their memories of material that was covered in the sales course but may be tested on the broker exam.
There are specific state requirements to become licensed as a Broker in Florida. Please review our requirements section to ensure that you are qualified to become a Broker.
