Florida Real Estate Commission rules dictate that all licensees renewing for the first time complete the appropriate post-license course. Sales Associates must complete 45 hours. Licensees must complete these courses prior to their first renewal. Failure to do so will render the license void.
Licensees renewing for a second or subsequent time are required to complete 14 hours of Continuing Education.
Licensees must complete the required education before signing and mailing the DBPR affirmation. FREC audits many licensees and non-compliance may result in revocation. If you have any questions please call the school, or the State.
The course is a lively review of important real estate subjects taught in an “application oriented” environment.
Licensees who fail to complete these requirements prior to their first renewal will have their licenses cancelled. Don't procrastinate... Reserve now. There is NO grace period.
