Certified Pool Operator
The Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO®) certification program is the leading education and certification program protecting the public from injury. It is nationally accepted and a requirement of most county health departments in order to operate a pool for public use. Over the years this CPO Certification Course and certification has helped protect millions of swimmers nationwide by reducing hazards at aquatic facilities.
This 14 hour course is offered in a classroom setting and covers topics that include pool chemistry, testing, water treatment, sanitization methods, filtration, maintenance, and government regulations. The course is conducted by a NSPF trained and certified instructor who has received comprehensive training to teach this program. We invite all property managers, pool operators and serving personnel, or just those who want to know a little more about maintaining the pool in their back yard to attend our new CPO certification course and leave with a better understanding of your role in pool care and management.
