The Director of Business Development will be primarily focused on driving aggressive growth in the number of productive licensed real estate agents, promote the brand and its benefits, building strong consultative relationships with new and experienced agents.
The successful candidate will have worked as either a Recruiter/Team leader for another Real Estate office with demonstrated ability to recruit 5-10 agents per month consistently. You will need to demonstrate high capacity in building interpersonal relationships and will be an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator.
The Director of Business Development has to be able to make phones calls, create his/her own interviews, create business career fairs, visit Real Estate Schools etc. in order to reach the expected goals in terms or number of scheduled interviews, effective interviews, and Realtor’s sign-in.
This person must have high-level integrity, and optimistic attitude, an enjoyable personality, be an absolute superstar on the phone, memorably-friendly, a genuine “people person” and a phenomenal communicator… and absolutely love to talk to people and help them achieve their sales goals. This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers superior customer service and has the skills to generate multiple Interview opportunities for our growing business.
Our compensation package includes a base salary, recruiting bonuses plus ongoing residual revenue sharing
Duties & Responsibilities
-Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents to the firm.
-Provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents within the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.
-Maintain and support a positive and empowering culture that is designed to challenge and support associates to reach their full potential.
Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
Hit a goal of 2-10-40 for recruiting (2 appointments a day, 10 a week, 40 a month).
Attain dominate market share in our target market.
Build Company profitability and Help accelerate the financial performance of the office.

Florida licensed real estate salesperson or broker preferred.

Pay: $31,593.00 – $147,177.00 per year
