Our company is seeking to hire a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with the ability to originate business both internally from our leads and externally from existing sources. We are seeking a candidate that can manage a consistent pipeline of business to get clients signed up and close loans, as well as build the company while seeking long-term stable employment.
Job Duties Include:
Speak with assigned leads as well as your own network of contacts to intake loan applications for Residential/Commercial/Business Loans.
Evaluate credit reports and financial documents then work with client and team to recommend the best financial products.
Submit files with supporting documents to recommend the best applicable loan programs.
Prepare and issue proposals and disclosures for clients.
Request and follow up with clients to obtain proper documentation.
Enter and update leads, clients, and affiliates into CRM database to track progress.
Manage Relationships including following up and signing up potential affiliates.
Assist with any administrative or managerial tasks
Meet daily quotas
Recommended work schedule 40 hours weekly
Over 2 years of direct loan sales and closing experience
Experience packaging loans and evaluating financial documents and credit reports
A Florida Mortgage Broker License preferred
Some experience selling or processing loans on Residential, Commercial, and/or Business Loans
Experience using CRMs and various technology platforms.
Experience using Calyx Point is preferred
Good grammar skills
Availability to provide full-time hours dedication.
Interest in long-term stable employment.
Experience working with multiple financial lending products
Salary + Bonuses/Commissions:
Potential to earn over $100,000 Annually with bonuses/commissions
