Full Time (20 hrs per week) Clerical Violations for an HOA and (20 hrs per week) Resident Services Administrative position for Pembroke Pines Corporate office location. Must be results oriented and a people first driven professional with knowledge of clerical violations. You will have the support of CAM, Assistant CAM, Violations Coordinator, HR, and RS team to aid in the day-to-day management duties. Hourly: $12-$14 with significant opportunity for growth.
Requirements:
*Minimum of one year HOA property management experience.
*Knowledge of the violations process, ARC’s, CC&R codes, Architectural Review process, HOA Grievance committee & appeals, etc.
*Superior Admin skills: Tops, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Cinc, etc.
*Impeccable organizational, time management, & customer service skills.
*Strong written and communication skills in English-Spanish a plus
*Organize & Attend the annual Condo Assoc., monthly BOD, & CEC committee meetings
*Proficient working directly with residents to address and document concerns.
