Full Time Administrative Property Management Assistant for Boca Portfolio/Boca Corporate office.
A people first driven professional with knowledge of the HOA violations process, ARC’s,
CC&R codes, Architectural Review process, HOA Grievance committee & appeals, etc. You will have the
support of CAM, HR, and RS team to aid in the day-to-day management duties.
Hourly: $14 $15 to commensurate experience with employer paid insurance benefits and life insurance.

Requirements:
*Minimum of two years HOA & Condo property management experience.
*Knowledge of the violations process, ARC’s, CC&R codes, Architectural Review process, HOA Grievance committee & appeals, etc.
*Superior Admin skills: Tops, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Cinc, Power Point, etc.
*Impeccable organizational, time management, & customer service skills.
*Strong written and communication skills in English-Spanish a plus.
*Organize the monthly BOD packages.
*Attend evening monthly board and committee meetings as needed.
*Prepare and process monthly billing of commercial accounts.
*Assist with gathering proposals, product & services research, creating RFP’s
*Attend monthly committee and board meetings.
*Update/ maintain association website and in-house channel regularly.
*Proficient working directly with residents to address and document concerns.
