Seeking an experienced Portfolio LCAM candidate for HOA & Condo Associations in the Boca Raton area.
The support of an Assistant Property Manager, Corporate Administrative Assistant, AR, AP, Estoppels, HR,
Payroll coordinator, RS team to aid in the day-to-day management duties. Must be proficient in budget
preparation, financial review, GL, & AP. Strong problem resolution and organizational skills. Minimum of 3-
5 years of Portfolio Property Management expertise and superior Admin skills. Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
to commensurate experience plus company paid health benefits, life insurance, and stipends.
Requirements:
*Minimum of three-five years of HOA & Condo management experience
*Proficient in Cinc, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Strongroom, etc.
*Strong written and communication skills in English-Spanish a plus
*Experienced with budget preparation, financial review, GL, & AP
*Payroll Processing skills, time sheets, & experience with general HR practices
*Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes
*Organize & Attend annual & monthly BOD meetings for multiple properties.
*Proficient working with contractors, obtaining bids and negotiation contracts, overseeing various building projects, and maintaining, external contracts, & maintenance team.
*Impeccable organizational skills.
*Consultant/Advisor to the BOD. Assertive problem resolution skills a must.
