Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills a must, self-starter, organized, ability to compose a grammatically correct letter proficient with excel. TOPS software knowledge a plus. All applicants are subject to a full background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones to include taking messages and properly directing calls
• Handling homeowners inquiries
• Checking sale/lease applications and ARB modification applications to make sure they are complete and ready to be processed
• Issuing bar code labels and properly entering into the computer.
• Composing and writing letters to homeowners
• Contacting homeowners about various issues by phone and e-mail
• Setting up meeting dates in addition to posting notices
• Maintaining excel spreadsheets of various items
• Filing and mailings
• Making notes in customer files in TOPS system
• Other special projects as needed
