This is a full time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week position. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday but occasional weekends (Sat and/or Sun) may be required.

Responsible for processing and managing occupancy applications.
Processing electronic withdraws for owners
Collect and review applications and make daily bank deposits.
Delivering deposits to banks
Process violation notice through our Smartweb software.
Updating owner information in our website.
Responsible under supervision of the Manager for all phases of property operations
Courteous communication with residents, applicants, fellow employees, and representatives of other companies
Assist Manager with processing/maintenance of all payables
Assist with various required reports and completion of month-end closeout
Organize and prepare notices, payment reminder notices, balance dues, non-compliance notices and follow-up as necessary for these notices
Follow-up with the Property Managers on pending items
Other duties as required
