Yellow Horn is a growing construction and property management company. We are looking for an individual that will help us grow.The job being offered is a full-time job, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours a day. Due to the property management part of the job description, some hours on weekends may be necessary.Payroll for 4 employees. Quickbooks a must.Accounting and property management for 70 residential units. Including posting listings and answering calls from prospective tenants, taking applications, turning over keys, maintaining contact with tenants as problems may arise. Board of Directors notices and meetings.The research of needed materials for construction jobs/Purchase orders.Coordinate schedules between, architects, engineers, inspectors, and sub-contractors.Inventory of tools.A successful candidate must have the following attributes:Exceptional communication skills

Outgoing, friendly personality Job Requirements:Responsible for processing and managing occupancy applications.
Collect and review applications and make daily bank deposits.
Delivering deposits to bank Responsible under supervision of the Manager for all phases of property operations Courteous communication with residents, applicants, fellow employees, and representatives of other companies
Assist Manager with processing/maintenance of all payables
Assist with various required reports and completion of month-end closeout
Organize and prepare notices, payment reminder notices, balance dues, non-compliance notices and follow-up as necessary for these notices
