Responsible to service, gather renewal data, market, propose and bind renewals for an assigned book of business with our Property & Casualty or Condo team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that all client service needs are delivered in a timely and professional manner including but not limited to coverage questions, maintain agency management system data, proposals, binding communications, certificate template creation, billing, premium finance, etc.
Round out and Offer Alternative Coverages to meet the changing needs of the customer.
Works closely and supports agency relationships with carrier partners.
EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated prior ability to perform duties in a more autonomous, efficient and productive manner to deliver a superior work product and services.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS
2-20 general Lines Agent License Preferred
4-40 Customer Representative License will be Considered
CIC, CPCU, or similar P&C accreditation a plus
AMS360 and Image Right Experience Preferred. Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, routine database activity.
