We are a busy Independent insurance agency offering all lines of insurance looking for a Technical Assistant for our Marine and Personal Lines departments. The ideal candidate will have a 4-40 license, excellent communication skills, people skills and a positive attitude to work in our family oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Preparation and coordination of all transactions, paperwork and internal processing for assigned accounts including but not limited to:
Applications
Billing
Policies
Certificates of Insurance
Endorsements
Change Requests
Audits
Cancellations
Invoices
2. Preparation of invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders and cancellation forms as required
3. Participation in the renewal preparation process including generating renewal updates on accounts specified by the Account Manager or Producer
4. Provides quality customer service to clients, team members and carriers exhibiting the highest integrity and professionalism
Work Experience Requirements:
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and internet utilization
Sagitta Agency Management system preferred but not required
Educational Requirements:
4-40 State of Florida insurance license
High School Diploma
