Fast paced, new agency representing Allstate is hiring top producing 2-20 Licensed Sales Professionals. The hired candidates will become members of a respected team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes.

• Prospect and generate new business through working leads, referrals, cold calls & networking
• Generate and follow-up on quotes at high volumes
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction to foster client retention
• Deepen relationships with customers by selling additional products
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update policies and coverage as needed
• Maintain required licenses
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Associate degree or higher is preferred
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 1 year insurance agency sales experience preferred
• Allstate experience is a plus
• Telemarketing experience is a plus
• Position pays a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses with the potential to earn in excess of $50,000/year. Training is provided for career growth/development. There is paid time off and benefits are also offered.
• Monday – Friday and some Saturdays
