We are hiring bilingual English Spanish agents at $18/hr.

Job Requirements
Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to organize and prioritize issues
Educating callers by confirming public information of these programs
Taking incoming calls from interested parties to discuss policies and make outbound calls
Business professional skills with a variety of clientele
Team environment experience
Processing customer requests as they relate to these programs
Navigating through our system applications to fulfill caller requests, update caller information, create leads for the field sales team, and research caller status inquiries
Recognizing and complying with our performance standards for work quality, work efficiency, attendance, and schedule adherence
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
1 year of telemarketing/appointment setting experience
Ability to not only understand complex Medicare programs, but to be able to explain/articulate
1 year of customer service experience solving customer problems, OR 1 year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone or computer as the primary instruments
Prior stable work experience
Outbound Dialing Experience helpful
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple benefits
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their use for phone and off phone
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English is a plus)

Additional Licensed TMR Qualifications:
Experience in a sales environment
Home state insurance license required prior to hire
Experience in a healthcare sales environment

Qualifications
6 months Contact Center experience preferred
One year previous Sales and Customer service experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Proven oral and written communication skills
Must have availability to work various shifts
Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
Ability to work under pressure
Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug testing
Possess a high level of Professionalism
Proven experience in unexpected difficulties using logical problem solving skills.
Ability to understand and empathize with customer’s issues.
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
License in Life, Health and Accident Insurance is required.
Previous Health care / Energy / Collections industry experience preferred
