The role of a Client Technical Services (CTS) representative deals greatly with the analysis of confidential data. In this position, 75% of the day is creating and/or working in excel spreadsheets.

Established Executive Benefits firm seeking a career driven individual that is organized, dependable and takes pride in their work. Candidate must be a self-starter that is comfortable working independently and has a strong background in MS Excel. Experience in commission payouts and billing processes as it pertains to life and disability insurance is a plus. Basic daily duties include corporate billing reconciliation, analysis of confidential data, reconciliation of commissions received and to be paid, communication with high net worth individuals and corporate benefit managers.
Candidates must have advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, present a professional image, pleasant demeanor and work well under pressure. Applicants with a Florida 2-15 License in Life, Health and Disability Insurance a plus but not required.
