Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making presentations to groups at; speaking publicly to community groups on the subject of financial well-being.
Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.
Responsible for handling incoming calls, educating prospects on insurance products and enrolling them into correct plans. Selling Health & Life products
Heavy inside phone sales (90%) and 10% outside. Leads will be provided to you through the companies advertising and marketing campaigns.
Meeting monthly sales quotas established by management.
Provide stellar communication to customers with the ability to build & maintain relationships


At least 1 year experience selling Life and or Health Insurance
MUST have ACTIVE Health or Life license – 215 and/or 240
Bilingual – English & Spanish
Must be upbeat with a true sales mentality, emphasis on being service-driven and responsive
