Fantastic opportunity with a growing company. Looking for licensed insurance customer service representative with experience in commercial insurance. In this role you will provide a broad range of insurance-related customer service and sales, with the goal of maintaining and strengthening new and existing relationships.


Answer customer calls inquiring about property and casualty insurance lines of business including Homeowners, Condo, Renters, General Liabilities, Auto, etc.
Simultaneously work with multiple systems/software. Strong systems skills are a must to be successful in this position.
Process applications from the clients
Get quotes and communicate information to the agents
Underwriting guidelines with Property, Commercial, Auto and Liability carriers.
Ability to navigate and enter data in computer systems accurately and in an efficient manner.
Utilize effective outside-the-box thinking for those special and out of the ordinary circumstances.
Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
Perform other duties as assigned

2-20 License
Experience in the customer service field
Excellent verbal and written communication
Spanish bilingual is highly preferred

Location: Miami FL
Schedule:M-F 8:30-5 pm
Salary: Open Salary depending on experience
Bilingual: Highly Preferred
