Salary: $19.00 /hour
Seeking licensed 215 or 240 agents! NO SALES INBOUND CALLS ONLY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•NO cold calling – inbound callers seeking your help and guidance
•Educate beneficiaries on how their plan works, including benefits, cost sharing, and levels of coverage
•Advise beneficiaries as to the most appropriate plan
•Respond promptly when returning telephone calls and replying to correspondence
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Some previous customer service experience is preferred or any equivalent combination of related training and experience
•Insurance license # 215, 240 Heath or Health & Life
Classes are available in October!
•HIPAA Training provided
