CSR – Support
We are a growing agency, dedicated to selling and servicing insurance in Boca Raton. We are seeking a candidate for a full time customer service representative position that fits the great dynamic and environment we currently have at the office. Prior insurance and customer service experience necessary.

Our hours of operation are from 8:30am – 5pm.
Salary/pay will depend on prior experience and abilities.
Opportunity of advancement with pay and future licensing is available. Paid holidays and time off.
Job Duties/Reponsibilities Include:
-customer service (of existing and new customer base) by phone and in person
-managing and documenting data in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst – Vertafore) (i.e. new prospects, policies, quotes, files, etc)
-handling renewal paperwork and rewrites
-processing endorsement requests
-process lender requested changes, cancellations and basic certificates of insurance.
-gathering initial quote info and entering data to run them
-underwriting memo review and resolution
-building customer rapport/relationships
-taking overflow payments
-educating customers on insurance options (selling value)
-creating daily and agency related reports
-etc.
We are currently 3 people in the office, so maintaining a good environment is key for the agency to remain successful. We all have great work ethic and expect no less of a new team member.
The greatest advantage of this position is the ability to learn from highly experienced agents in the industry and have them as mentors to have a future in a highly profitable industry.
