Duties and Responsibilities
• Interviews client for pre-qualification and collects appropriate required documents for files
• Reviews application information, requesting specific supporting documentation, as needed or required, based on loan guidelines
• Meets with customers when necessary throughout the loan process
• Has a solid understanding of loan origination and mortgage industry standards
The ideal candidate is licensed or is in the process of obtaining their loan originators license. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and superior customer service skills.
You should be comfortable developing and nurturing relationships with business referral sources as well as clients.
And you should provide an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close, maintaining client’s confidentiality, and ensuring that you provide on-going communication to clients and your business partners.
