The Loan Officer trainee is responsible for making outbound calls to prospect customers and aggressively sell a range of financial products including mortgages(forward and reverse).


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Consistently meet outbound call requirements.
Achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
Analyze existing/current loan information to determine the best refinance options for each client.
Follow up aggressively on unconverted opportunities.
Complete required loan application, understand current underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
Strict adherence to call center performance standards including call monitoring, phone productivity and satisfactory customer service.
