THE POSITION IS: ASSISTANT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER

WE ARE A SMALL RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE NEAR DOWNTOWN MIAMI. ALL OF OUR PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED ON OR WITHIN ONE BLOCK OF MANAGEMENT OFFICE.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Answering telephone, assisting tenants with requests for work orders, letter writing, filing and logging in rents- basic general office responsibilities. Also assist Property Manager as needed.

SKILLS: MUST have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
TYPING: 40-50 wpm
COMPUTER: Word/Excel
LANGUAGE: English – some Spanish helpful.

OFFICE HOURS: 10 am – 4 pm — Monday thru Friday – Office closed weekends/holidays. This is considered a Part-Time position.

HOURLY RATE: $14.
