Previous or Current Timeshare Experience Preferred but not necessary
Real Estate License, Active with the Board of Realtors (MLS)
Fluent in English + 1 other language (Minimum)
Basic Experience in Residential and/or Commercial

GREAT with Follow Up’s, Meeting Clients, Presentations, Public Speaking;
Comfortable Speaking to clients on the phone and in person, Excellent customer service
Focus on Selling Developer Projects is a Must.
This is NOT a “clock-in-clock-out” Job, this is a Career and Motivation with Great Attitude is necessary.
Available to work 5 out of 7 days (some weekends)
Must be available for Sales Meetings, Trainings, company events, travel, etc)
Compensation: Draw *, Commission, Bonus, Incentives…
Professional Attire is Required
