Working with Investors Workshop is a 1 day class broken into of five sessions with breaks in between.

First session (9:00 am to 10:45 am): Classes will start defining the types of ideal investors for you. We will then analyze the demographic factors, fears, objectives and the real motivation they have when thinking about buying an investment property in Florida. After that, we will work on your “Client Tangible Solutions” which will set yourself apart from the competitors because you will be able to offer a clear and tangible differentiating factor with the other agents in the market. Then we will develop a personalized business plan along with an advertising budget that will demonstrate exactly what activities you must complete in order to achieve your income goals.

Second session (11:00 am to 1:00 pm): In this session we will define the target audience for your advertising campaigns on social media and create the advertising ads following the exclusive templates that will be provided to all participants. After this, you will learn exactly what to say when investors contact you, with the goal of obtaining a face to face appointment with those potential investors. This session will include the technique of Role Play (live practice in class).

Third session (2:30 pm to 4:15 pm): This session will begin with the investor’s objective interview, learning how to find investment opportunities, calculate the return of investment and how to calculate the right offer price for an investment property.

Fourth Session (4:30 pm to 6:30 pm): In this session you will learn how to present and negotiate offers using the FAR BAR As – Is contract in the investor advantage, as well as, the financing programs available for investors and the showing agreement.

Fifth Session (6:45 pm to 8:00 pm): In this session we will have a real estate attorney explaining the FIRPTA law and its implications for foreigner after that we will analyze the cash flow and rate of return of properties that allow AirBNB.

Participants will learn to correctly fill out the most used contract in a residential purchase transaction in Florida.

Can I attend this Workshop if I am not a Real Estate Agent?

Yes, you can. Even though this workshop is designed for real estate agents and the first part is all about getting clients, in the second part, you will acquire the knowledge to start investing on your own in real estate properties in Florida.

What happens if I don’t have past sales experience?

Although having experience in sales is a great advantage if you pursue a career in real estate, we’ve had students who have not been in sales before and had very successful achievements in this industry with the sales techniques learned in this program.

Will this workshop help me if I’m a real estate broker?

Yes. As a real estate broker, your agents will most likely ask you many questions that you will be able to answer professionally, once you have completed this workshop.
