DESCRIPTION:Hi-Pre W3-4 – English: Tamarac (In-Person)\, East Orlando (In-Person)\, Zoom | Spanish: Tamarac (In-Person & Zoom)  \nWelcome to the 120-hour state-approved Home Inspection pre-licensing course. This Live class is designed to provide you with the fundamentals required to become a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Florida. Attendance for each class is REQUIRED\, and certificates are only issued after successful completion of the entire course. Class starts at 8:00am and ends at 6:00pm each day. Please bring all reference book materials\, highlighters\, notebook\, and writing utensil to every class. This is your training class\, so be ready to learn the most important aspects of the inspection process. \n  \nNOTE: If you attend classes via Zoom\, you must only attend via Zoom. If you attend classes in person\, you must only attend in person. Students cannot switch formats during the session.
