DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Gold Coast School of Construction Student Orientation hosted every Monday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm via Zoom-Only. \n  \nThis is an extremely important session for newer students\, though any active student is welcome to attend. In this session\, we review how to register with the state to obtain your Candidate ID number\, how to schedule your exam with Pearson Vue\, and how to access the applications when you are ready to apply for your license. \n  \nWe also review the Candidate Handbook for all Division I and Division II license categories. SUMMARY:Module 10A: Estimates and Takeoffs / Contracts and Payments - 6:30pm Start Time - Zoom Only - No In Class Option
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Weeknight Division I (GC\, BC\, RC) Trade Exam Prep Module Class. The purpose of each Module class is to prepare you for content that will be covered on the Contract Administration and Project Management exams. The Instructor will guide you through the content for each Module\, reviewing important concepts and reference book sections that have traditionally been on previous exams. Weeknight Module classes are hosted Monday – Thursday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm (on-campus or via Zoom) and Friday (Zoom-Only) from 4:00pm to 6:30pm (note the early start time on Fridays). \n  \nNOTE: You will need the Module 10 Commercial Plan Set for this Module. Please find a PDF copy of these drawings (Module 10 Plan Set for the Commercial Plans) in the ‘How To Videos and Resources’ drop down menu in your student account. If you would like a PDF copy of this plan set sent to you\, please email your request to Contractor@GoldCoastSchools.com – include your student ID number in the email. \n  \nHere is a list of the Module Classes required for your Division I Exam Prep Program and the reference books to bring for each Module. We recommend that you attend the Live weeknight classes or watch the On-Demand video of each Module at least twice.
