DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Weeknight Division I (GC\, BC\, RC) Trade Exam Prep Module Class. The purpose of each Module class is to prepare you for content that will be covered on the Contract Administration and Project Management exams. The Instructor will guide you through the content for each Module\, reviewing important concepts and reference book sections that have traditionally been on previous exams. Weeknight Module classes are hosted Monday – Thursday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm (on-campus or via Zoom) and Friday (Zoom-Only) from 4:00pm to 6:30pm (note the early start time on Fridays). \n  \nNOTE: You will need the Module 10 Commercial Plan Set for this Module. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Part II of the Building Inspector / Plans Examiner Exam Prep Program: ICC Technical Training. These classes will be held Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm at our Tamarac campus and via Zoom. Bring all Reference Book materials to these classes to prepare for the Building Inspector and Plans Examiner exams. \n  \nExamination Information: \n  \nApplicants seeking licensure by examination must take and pass a technical examination administered by the International Code Council that is related to their category of licensure\, as well as the Florida Principle and Practice examination. Information regarding technical examinations can be found on the International Code Council website. \n  \nDBPR offers the Florida Principle and Practice examination in a computer-based testing (CBT) format. Candidates who have been approved to sit for an examination may do so by contacting the department’s examination vendor\, Pearson VUE. Examinations are available on a daily basis at testing sites throughout the world.
