Dan joined Gold Coast Schools in 1993 and brings with him extensive experience in the mortgage industry including, but not limited to, areas of property management of investment properties, as well as the origination and servicing of a variety of loans including commercial, construction, government, and asset based.
Dan has a passion for teaching and paving a pathway for students to have a successful career in the mortgage industry. Through combining the required material with relevant and real-world examples, students benefit from Dan’s teaching style far beyond what is taught in the required textbooks.
Dan teaches mortgage pre-license, exam prep, continuing education, and property management courses at Gold Coast’s multiple campus locations.
