Frances joined Gold Coast Schools in 1999 and teaches virtually every real estate course that Gold Coast has to offer including the Sales Associate Pre-license and Post-license, Broker Pre-license and Post-license, as well as Continuing Education courses. She is currently an active Real Estate Broker and Instructor and previously held a Mortgage Broker, Title Agent, Series 6 & 23, and a Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license. Frances attended Miami-Dade Community College and loves spending time with her 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
