Nivea is an excellent real estate instructor who joined the Gold Coast team in 2016. She teaches the Sales Associate Pre-license and Post-license courses and continues to work as an active Realtor. This enables her to bring real world experience into the classroom which students truly enjoy. She has a Bachelor’s in Science and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. In her free time she enjoys participating in the church choir and singing in the alto section.
