The Real Estate & Appraisal Instructor continuing education requirements have been updated. Instructors are now required to complete a 4-hour Instructional Techniques course in addition to 3 hours of Core Law. Below you will find a schedule of upcoming 4-hour Instructor Techniques courses needed to meet this new FREC & FREAB requirement for Florida Real Estate & Appraisal Instructors.
Gold Coast is one of the few providers to be approved to offer the 4 hour Instructional Techniques course to meet the new instructor continuing education requirement. FREC no longer offers the instructor continuing education program.

- Understanding learning and teaching styles
- Understanding the construction of state exams
- Bloom’s taxonomy
