ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE:
Our website includes a conversational assistant that use AI technologies provided by us or our service providers to provide you responses and additional information about our products and services or as study assistance to support your educational journey (“AI Assistant”). Please be aware that any information provided by the AI Assistant is for information purpose only and could be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgement to review the responses provided. Conversations are recorded. From time to time, we manually review, in an anonymized way, your interactions with AI Assistant to improve its functioning and the quality of the responses provided.
SMS messaging
From time to time, we may offer you the option to receive text messages with account updates and notifications, transaction and order confirmations, customer service communications and promotional and marketing content (if you have opted in) or other Gold Coast Schools services. If you enroll in our SMS program, we will collect your mobile phone number and maintain a record of your consent, the method of opt‑in and message interaction data (for example, delivery status and replies). Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
