Module 10A: Estimates and Takeoffs / Contracts and Payments – Zoom Only | Available In English Only
Welcome to the Weeknight Division I (GC, BC, RC) Trade Exam Prep Module Class, hosted Tuesday – Thursday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm (on-campus or via Zoom). The purpose of each Module class is to prepare you for content that will be covered on the Contract Administration and Project Management exams. The Instructor will guide you through the content for each Module, reviewing the process involved in how to tackle an open book exam and how to use the TRICK method to successfully analyze questions and learn effective book navigation skills.
NOTE: You will need the Module 10 Commercial Plan Set for this Module. Please find a PDF copy of these drawings (Module 10 Plan Set for the Commercial Plans) in the ‘How To Videos and Resources’ drop down menu in your student account. If you would like a PDF copy of this plan set sent to you, please email your request to Contractor@GoldCoastSchools.com – include your student ID number in the email.
Here is a list of the Module Classes required for your Division I Exam Prep Program and the reference books to bring for each Module. We recommend that you attend the Live weeknight classes or watch the On-Demand video of each Module at least twice. Then, attempt the Module Practice Quizzes and Simulator Questions to measure how well you can find the answers in the reference books.
