Understanding the Florida Real Estate Exam Structure

How do I schedule my Florida real estate exam?
Once you’ve completed your pre-licensing course, you need to submit your fingerprints for a background check as required by the DBPR. After that, you can complete your application for a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license through the DBPR website. Once your application is approved, you will register for your exam through your Pearson VUE web account, selecting a date, time, and testing center that works for you.
