License Requirements

Florida Building Inspector and Plans Examiner License Requirements

To become a licensed Building Inspector you must have 4 years of contracting experience in your respective field, get approved by the BCAIB, and pass the state licensing exams. You can review our blog on how to earn your building inspector license in Florida for more details.
