Gold Coast makes it easy to submit the answers to your CAM continuing education course with online grading. This is the fastest and most convenient way to complete your continuing education.

  • Click the “Submit Answers” Button next to your package or individual course choice and proceed to checkout and purchase your course
  • Access your course under “My Classes”
  • Select your exam version
  • Submit your answers for immediate results and a pass slip for your records upon successful completion

Gold Coast staff will handle all of the necessary reporting of your education to the state. All that is left for you to do is to pay your license renewal fee to the DBPR by visiting www.myfloridalicense.com and accessing your account.

CAM License Renewal Individual Correspondence Courses

What topics are covered in the 15-Hour vs. 17-Hour CAM continuing education packages?

The 15-Hour CAM CE package covers the following requirements:

  • 3 hours of additional instruction (ELE) from IR, IFM, or OPP
  • 3 hours of Human Resources (HR)
  • 3 hours of Insurance and Financial Management (IFM)
  • 3 hours of Legal Update Seminar (LU)
  • 3 hours of Operational of Physical Property (OPP)

The 17-Hour HOA-CAM CE package includes the following from above:

  • 3 hours of HOA Recordkeeping (EH1-HOA)
  • 2 hours of HOA Specific (EH2-HOA)

Can I complete my Florida CAM continuing education completely by correspondence?

Absolutely! Florida allows you to fulfill your CAM continuing education
courses completely by correspondence.

Are the CE exams open book?

Yes, the exam for each course is open book. Each exam consists of 10
multiple-choice questions. The passing score is 70%.
