Assistant Property Management

Property Management Office located in Hialeah is looking for a full-time, assistant property manager staff member. The schedule is Monday – Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 p.m.)
Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager acts as the administrative assistant for the property and is responsible for understanding all company policies and procedures and assisting the Community Manager in implementing such on the property.

Collect receipts for refunds and coding of all cash reports.
Supervise all on-site personnel and oversee contractors providing service to the community.
Manage clubroom/common area rentals.
The Assistant Property Manager will take notes to prepare Meeting Minutes to send out to all homeowners.

Supervise expenditures to conform with budget guidelines. Establish budget controls and prepare budget recommendations for the Association Board of Directors.
Assists other members of HOA Management staff regarding work orders, payroll, and resident communications.

-Distribution of car decals
-Strong writing and verbal skills
-Answer calls from owners, vendors, and Board Members
-Review of e-mails daily
-Handle work orders and coordinate repairs
-Assistance with document writing such as notices and flyers
-Must possess excellent customer service skills
-Be able to work independently and be proactive

Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
