Full time assistant property manager for highly active property management company. Candidate must have the following skills/attributes:
– Property management experience or training preferred.
– Must be proficient in Word and general computer skills.
– Ability to handle multiple phone lines and emails addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns and complaints in a timely matter.
– Require excellent customer service skills. Upbeat personality, ability to work with people.
– Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records.
– Updating access control and entry systems in computer.
– Willingness to learn on the job.
– Team player and willingness to help others within the office.
Job detail would also include:
– Processing of Architectural Review Applications ensuring the application is completed and submitted with correct fees, plans, contractor information and current licenses and insurances.
– Correspondence with vendors.
– Communicating with residents, taking work orders and following up.
