- Assist supervising all staff, across multiple departments.
 - Prepare Management Reports, committee reports, correspondence, meeting notices, and minutes.
 - Perform resident outreach and manage resident relations
 - Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office Products
 - Assist in development and refining of critical Association Documents, such as Regulations, Sales Package, Architectural Modification Package, and Security Manual, etc.
 - Manage and coordinate any Association subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, glass, scaffolding, etc.)
 - Coordinate property repair, maintenance, and landscaping schedule. Perform daily property inspections.
 - Update and maintain the Association’s website, resident portal, and online voting portal.
 - Update/ maintain association records. Must be proficient in working directly with residents to address and document concerns.
 - Assist creating and implementing new standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for staff across multiple departments.
