• We are looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Assistant Property Manager/ Bookkeeper who would like to join our growing team. This is a 40 hours per week job with on-the-job training for qualified and willing candidates who are looking for an opportunity to learn a new career of a Property Manager. Ideal for CAM students working towards obtaining their license, no experience necessary. Schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

• Job Requirements under supervision of manager:
o Responsible for all phases of property operations
o Updating owner information in our software
o Organize filing cabinets for each managed client
o Courteous communication with residents, applicants, fellow employees, and representatives of other companies
o Assist Manager with processing/maintenance of all payables
o Assist with various required reports and completion of month-end closeout
o Organize and prepare notices, payment reminder notices, balance dues, non-compliance notices and follow-up as necessary for these notices
o Follow-up with the Property Managers on pending items
o Responsible for processing and managing occupancy applications and estoppel certificates and questionnaires and typing notices of violation
o Other duties as required
English and Spanish speaking highly desired
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
