Carefree Country Club is hiring for the position of Property Manager with a CAM license in Winter Haven, Florida. The Community Manager maintains the resources and assets of the property including a staff of 21 full and part time employees, community buildings, common areas, a nine hole golf course, roads and lawns for 500 homes and amenities. This person must provide excellent customer service to the residents of the 500 homes in our 55+ community. A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 to 5 years of property management experiences is a must. Very important also is a working knowledge of Florida Statute 719. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and an understanding of operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.
