The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the affairs of the Association, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors.
Must have a current Florida Community Association Managers License.
Must have a complete understanding of Florida Statute Chapter 718.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Close attention to detail with exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
The ability to read, understand and make recommendations on policies and contracts.
Exceptional knowledge of Budgets and Procurement Procedures.
Experience with long range planning of capital improvements and repairs.
Experience with staff management and retention.
Computer skills are necessary with experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prepare and Present Board Agenda’s and Reports for monthly meetings.
Proficient in conflict resolution.

Must be able to commute in a reasonable time frame to the work location in Leesburg, Florida 34788.
5 years experience preferred.
