Lazy River Village in North Port, Florida is seeking a full time or part time Community Association Manager.
Candidate must be energetic and dedicated with strong organizational and communication skills. Will be responsible for all aspects of Property Maintenance and Management. Manager must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with the Board of Directors and residents.
Responsibilities will include:
- Effective verbal and written skills to communicate with the Board of Directors, owners and residents.
- Conduct Weekly Property Inspections to identify necessary maintenance issues/violations; provide written report of findings and recommendations to the Board.
- Organize and attend monthly Board of Director’s meetings, including Annual and Budget meetings.
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and cooperative’s documents, policies and procedures.
- Possess knowledge to read and understand community’s financial reports.
- Solicitation of bids for services; negotiate and monitor contracts and renewals.
- Supervising and coordinating projects, contractors and vendors.
- Must be thorough, pays attention to detail and be comprehensive.
- Follow up and respond via phone and or email to both the Board and residents in a timely and professional manner.
