Part-Time Licensed CAM/Building Manager-East Fort Lauderdale

Seeking a detail oriented responsible individual

to oversee all aspects of operations and maintenance of an 80-unit residential condominium.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of the property
  • Interact with owners
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee the work
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance contracts (elevator, alarms, cleaning, landscaping, air conditioning, generator, etc)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly invoices, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
  • Prepare budgets
  • Prepare notice for Board Meetings, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on meeting agenda
  • Direct contact with the Board of Directors
  • Assist in enforcing Condominium Policies and Rules
  • Oversee maintenance supervisor
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
  • Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends (along with assistance from the Treasurer and Accountant)
  • Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
  • General office and administrative duties, including answering phone, ordering supplies, etc.

Skills

Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects

Competency in MS Office, Excel, Quickbooks and similar software.

Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills

Well organized with excellent time management skills

Excellent attention to details

Valid LCAM
