Yellow Horn is a growing construction and property management company. We are looking for an individual that will help us grow.
The job being offered is a full-time job, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours a day. Due to the property management part of the job description, some hours on weekends may be necessary.
One of the responsibilities of the position is the payroll for 4 employees. Quickbooks a must.
Bookkeeping and property management for 70 residential units. Including posting listings and answering calls from prospective tenants, taking applications, turning over keys, maintaining contact with tenants as problems may arise. Board of Directors notices and meetings.
The research of needed materials for construction jobs/Purchase orders.
Coordinate schedules between, architects, engineers, inspectors, and sub-contractors.
Inventory of tools.
