About the Role:
To manage the quality, safety, and productivity phases of all the construction processes, interfacing with all parties to ensure the highest standards are achieved. Oversee multiple projects depending on the complexity of the job.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining a rapport with subcontractors and building officials.
• Effectively manage materials including moving, sorting, and re-ordering.
• Communicating with project manager, suppliers, and the office team.
• Efficiently following up on task-oriented items
Requirements:
• High School Graduate (GED)
• Two years minimum experience in Construction
• Bilingual Spanish English
• GC license a plus
Skills:
• Desire and ability to learn
• Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and to adjust to shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
