We are based in Downtown Stuart, FL. Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet clients and new business prospects
Take quote information and present competitive options
Service policies, requests and inquires
Utilize agency tools and keep them clean and up-to-date
Maintain client records
Process new business applications
Answer product and billing questions
Resolve clients’ concerns and issues
Assist in policy rewrites, non-renewals, and cancellations
Coordinate and communicate with insurance company underwriting, billing, and customer service departments
Account management
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Proficient computer skills and touch typing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
