General Description:

Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Personal and Organizational Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.
Set priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts. Ability to work in a team environment.
Keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school degree.
Must be comfortable with internet based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.
